Digital TV signal reception and amplification system

Abstract

This paper presents the development of an amplification system and two antennas for the reception of Digital TV signals. The proposed antennas are based on the half-wave dipole topology (λ/2) with geometry inspired by the meander line antenna (MLA) and magnetic loop antenna. Simulations using software based on the finite element method were performed. The antenna reception and efficiency of amplification system were evaluated through measurements
